VERSUS

STATE OF PUNJAB & ORS ....... RESPONDENTS CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY TEWARI ***

Present:

Mr.R.K.Arya, Advocate for the petitioner.

1. Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

2. To be referred to the Reporters or not?

3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? AJAY TEWARI, J. (Oral) By this petition the petitioner has claimed that the police has not taken any action on his complaint against respondent No. 4 to 7. Learned counsel states that in this connection the petitioner has also moved a representation dated 14.11.2014 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2 and at this stage the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to look into the aid representation and take whatever action he deems necessary thereon. I find this to be a fair request.

Resultantly this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the representation(Annexure P-1) and take whatever action he deems necessary thereon within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Since the main case has been decided, the Criminall Misc. Application, if any, also stands disposed of.
