(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case registered by way of FIR No.112 dated 19.10.2016 at Police Station Mahilpur, District Hoshiarpur under Sections 323, 324, 341, 427, 148, 149 IPC and Section 326 IPC added later on.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of orders of interim bail dated 11.01.2017 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigations which is not controverted by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Harbhajan Singh, Police Station Mahilpur, District Hoshiarpur who submits that the petitioner is no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. CRM-M-274-2017 -2However, keeping in view the stand of the Investigating Officer and the stand of the State, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 11.01.2017 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.(challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
