Learned State counsel, on the instructions of ASI Rajpal Singh, has informed that challan has already been presented. Co-accused of the petitioners have been granted the concession of bail. Taking into consideration the period of detention suffered by the petitioners and challan having been presented, the petition is allowed. The petitioner are ordered to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds/ surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial court, subject to the condition that the petitioners will not commit the similar offence, of which they are accused of, during pendency of the trial.
