Present appeal pertains to the year 1997. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant states that he was informed that the appellant has since died. Thereafter, a letter was written asking for the details so that the legal heirs of the appellant could be impleaded. However, none has come forward to be impleaded as the legal representatives of the appellant.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
