(Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Tilak Raj, has informed that FIR No.9 dated 23.06.2016 under Sections 354, 506, 452, 323, 201 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Sudhar, District Ludhiana has been registered against the petitioner and the challan has already been presented in the trial Court on 21.07.2016. In this view of the matter, no further action is required to be taken in the matter, therefore, the present petition is hereby dismissed as such.
