Perusal of the file shows that lastly, this case was listed before the Daily Pre-Lok Adalat in the year 2012. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the present matter already stands settled before the Daily Pre-Lok Adalat vide order dated 26.07.2012. Order sheets reveal that on 26.07.2012, following orders were passed:- "Bank has not put in appearance despite service for today.

In view of the statement of learned counsel for the appellant, recorded separately, this appeal be put up before Mega Lok Adalat".

"Statement of Mr. H.S. Dhandi, learned counsel for the appellant.

The dispute in this appeal has already been fully and finally settled with the Bank. This appeal may be dismissed as not pressed".
