(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Mohinder, in case FIR No. 145 dated 26.03.2018 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 326 and 506 IPC at Police Station Pundri Lines, District Kaithal.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. Recovery has also been effected from him.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 10.07.2018, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
