Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) CRM-26809-2015 Prayer in this application is for placing on record the order dated 06.04.2015 as Annexure P-6, whereby N.D.Sharma, a co-accused of the petitioner, has been granted bail. After hearing learned counsel for the applicant and going through the contents of the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed. Document Annexure P-6 is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. CRM-M-27374-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable the petitioner to appear before learned Area Judicial Magistrate and seek bail in accordance with law.

Disposed of with a direction that if the petitioner appears before learned trial court within 15 days of passing of this order and moves an application for grant of bail, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
