(ORAL) The present first petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.159 dated 08.03.2023, registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 379-B, 325, 452, 427 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Mujessar, District Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 29.03.2023, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, being instructed by ASI Sanjeet, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for further investigation.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. Interim order dated 29.03.2023, passed by this Court, is made absolute.
