******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This is petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to official respondents to protect life, liberty and property of petitioner and his family at the hands of respondents no. 8 to 11. On perusal of paper-book, I find that dispute between the parties is of civil nature for which a civil suit has already been filed by petitioner, seeking the relief of permanent injunction. In view of above, the instant petition has no merit and the same is dismissed.
