#$ !% Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner Jagjit Singh in case FIR No.76 dated 27.07.2013 under Sections 323/324/452/148/ 149/120B/326 IPC registered at Police Station Ramdass, District Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the State on instructions from HC Inderjit Singh submits that in consequence of the orders of interim bail dated 20.08.2015 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigations submitting further that the petitioner is no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute.   In view of what has been stated above and in the light of previous orders, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 20.08.2015 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
