Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for quashing of FIR No. 122 dated 02.02.2016, under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506 IPC and Sections 65 and 66 of Information Technology Act, 2000, registered at Police Station Chandni Bagh, District Panipat, Haryana (Annexure P-1).

Learned State counsel submits that cancellation report already stands filed in the present case.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the instant petition and the same has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such. 4.

However, the petitioners would be at liberty, in case they are still found any action by the police authority in this FIR, to get revive this petition by moving an application.
