******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 14 dated 23.01.2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 120-B of Indian Penal Code at Police Station Sadar, Amritsar.
Heard.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court in terms of order dated 28.07.2017 and has been released on interim bail. The case is now fixed for 26.10.2017 for framing of charge.

Keeping in view the submission of counsel for the petitioner and learned State counsel and the fact that the conclusion of the trial will take considerably long time, this petition is allowed and the order dated 28.04.2017 is made absolute subject to the condition that petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on each and every date of hearing. In the event of his non-appearance on any date, the trial Court will be competent to cancel his bail and forfeit the bail bond and surety bond and take the petitioner into custody.
