Perusal of the record reveals that it is the third application for grant of bail. In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, keeping in view the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and the fact that the case is at the fag end, no ground for grant of bail to the petitioner is made out. Dismissed.
