NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(ORAL) The case has been called thrice since morning. No one had put in appearance for the petitioner. Perusal of the record reveals that it is the third application for grant of bail. CRM-M-27390-2015 -2throwing the acid on the face of Harwinder Singh, as a result of which his (Harwinder Singh) face has been deformed. He further points out that the case before learned trial Court is fixed for final arguments.

In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, keeping in view the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and the fact that the case is at the fag end, no ground for grant of bail to the petitioner is made out. Dismissed.
