(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.78 dated 25.05.2015 registered under Sections 411, 414, 489A, 489B, 489C of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 21, 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 and Section 3 of the Passport Act, 1920 at Police Station Gharinda, District Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner referred to orders dated 13.08.2015 (Annexure P-5) passed in CRM No. M-20205 of 2015 and CRM No. M-9529 of 2015 and contends that co-accused has been RAVINDER SINGH 2015.08.24 16:36 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not raised any contention as to on what basis the co-accused has been granted interim relief. Moreover, this is second bail application. No fresh grounds are forthcoming for grant of anticipatory bail.
