Both the above-mentioned cases are taken up together being arisen from same FIR.

Petitioners have filed these petitions under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.129 dated 06.06.2015 under Sections 323, 324, 341, 342, 506, 365, 148 and 149 IPC,

CRM No.M-27394 of 2015 and connected case -2registered at Police Station Samrala, District Khanna. Notice of motion was issued and learned State counsel appeared and contested both the petitions.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties as well as learned State counsel and have gone through the record. As per the prosecution version, the FIR has been registered on the statement of Harjinder Singh, who stated that on 03.06.2015, when he reached near the gate of house of Kaka @ Harvinder Singh, then Pala and Davinder Singh encircled him and pushed him inside their house along with the motorcycle and closed the main gate. It is the allegation that accused gave injuries and forcibly put him in a car and took him to Khanna and gave threats. Then he was taken to house of Harjinder Kaur Sarpanch and he was made to sign the agreement. It is further stated that complainant called his friend Gurpreet Singh, who took him to Civil Hospital. As per the MLR, 10 injuries have been received by the complainant including one incised wound.

The present petitioners are named in the FIR and specific role has been attributed to them. As per the allegations in the FIR, Karamjit Singh was driving the car, Chhajja alias Jasvir Singh gave injuries to the complainant with danda. Amandeep Singh was armed with danda and Pala alias Jaspal Singh was armed with wooden stick and he gave stick blows on complainant's right ankle.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, nature and gravity of the offence and in view of the fact the

CRM No.M-27394 of 2015 and connected case -3petitioners are required for custodial interrogation, I do not find it a fit case where petitioners are entitled to benefit of grant of anticipatory bail.

Therefore, finding no merit in both the petitions, the same are dismissed.
