(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 19.11.2013 (Annexure P-2) whereby petitioner has been declared proclaimed offender under Section 83(1) Cr.P.C. Learned counsel for the State, after seeking instructions from Head Constable Jarnail Singh, states that petitioner has been arrested, therefore, this petition has been rendered infructuous. Dismissed as infructuous.
