On the instructions of ASI Suresh Kumar, it has been informed that the petitioners have put in appearance before the trial court pursuant to the interim order passed by this court.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 16.8.2016 is hereby confirmed and the petitioners will remain on bail against the bail bonds already furnished, subject to the condition that they will continue to appear before the trial court and will not absent themselves without any sufficient cause.
