R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is made under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 50 dated 25.04.2015 for offences under Sections 323, 324, 326, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code (IPC), registered at Police Station Bhogpur, District Jalandhar City.

The injury for attracting Section 326 IPC is on the left arm below elbow.

It is submitted that the challan has since been presented.

The petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2015 and it will take sometime in conclusion of the trial. In view of the above and without commenting on merits of the case, the instant petition is allowed and petitioner be admitted to bail on furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

Allowed in the above terms.
