In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, the fact that parties belong to the same very village and the offences for which the accused has been hauled up are not of serious nature, together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in ironing out differences for betterment of future life of the parties and in view of the law laid down in %&'( !&()* + !,',- .(/'0 '(1 '(,*-2 #$ #2&3&('4$ 5 and %6.47&(1-2 !&()* '(1 ,*-28 + !,',- .(/'0 '(1 '(,*-2 #5$ #2&3&('4$ " the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.109 dated 03.12.2011 registered at Police Station Chabbewal, District Hoshiarpur under Sections 323/324/326/341/34 IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
