**** DEEPAK GUPTA, J. (ORAL) It was noticed in the order dated 04.03.2024 that respondents No.2 to 5 had expired. In the next order dated 02.04.2024, it was found that even respondent No.1 had expired. Repeated opportunities have been granted to the appellant to implead the legal representatives of the respondents. It was made clear on 02.04.2024 that in case necessary application is not moved, the appeal shall be liable to be dismissed for want of prosecution.

However, despite the strict order dated 02.04.2024, the order has not been complied with till date. Today nobody has even appeared on behalf of the appellant.

All the aforesaid circumstances indicate that neither the appellant is any longer interested in pursuing the present appeal nor in complying the order dated 02.04.2024. As such, the appeal is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution and also for non-compliance of the order dated 02.04.2024.
