(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.84 dated 13.08.2013 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 420, 406 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Nawan Shahar and order dated 01.03.2014 (Annexure P-2) declaring the petitioner as proclaimed offender.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is ready to appear before the trial Court and face the trial. The P.O. Proceedings have wrongly been conducted against the petitioner. Heard.
Considering overall facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner is directed to appear before trial Court to face the trial in accordance with law. On his doing so, he shall be admitted to interim bail subject to furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court. However, it is made clear that petitioner shall adopt appropriate recourse before the trial Court for setting aside the order dated 01.03.2014 (Annexure P-2) vide which he has been declared as proclaimed offender. Disposed of.
