(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 15, dated 08.02.2021, under Section 506 of IPC and Sections 66(E) and 67B of information Technology Act, 2000 and Sections 12 & 14 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Women Police Station Jind, District Jind.

Pursuant to order dated 26th May, 2021, of this Court, status report by way of affidavit of Pushpa, DSP, Headquarters Jind, District Jind, on behalf of the State of Haryana, has been filed in the Registry. Same is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it is a case of false implication and the case in hand, has been lodged with an ulterior motive. Per contra, learned State counsel has opposed the prayer and submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned State counsel while drawing the attention of this Court to the status report so filed on behalf of the State, has reiterated the submissions made therein and further submitted that there are serious allegations against the petitioner of befriending the victim, who was a minor and thereafter, making certain objectionable videos of the prosecutrix by blackmailing her. She has further submitted that the prosecutrix was threatened with dire consequences and the objectionable videos were thereafter uploaded on facebook. Heard.

There are serious and specific allegations levelled against the petitioner, for which he does not deserve the concession of bail. Petition stands dismissed.
