After arguing for sometime and having failed to convince the court, learned counsel, in the face of statutory remedy of filing a revision petition before the Sessions Court available, prays for permission to withdraw the present petition to seek his remedy in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 18.08.2015.
