LISA GILL, J. (Oral) The petitioner is aggrieved of the order dated 18.02.2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bhiwani (Annexure P-11) whereby application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. for summoning respondents No. 4 to 7 was dismissed. Revision petition preferred by the petitioner against the said order was also dismissed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhiwani vide order dated 27.03.2017 (Annexure P-12). It was found by both the Courts below that no ground whatsoever was made out for summoning the said respondents to face trial as additional accused in FIR No.334 dated 25.5.2012 under Sections 498-A, 406, 506, 323, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Bhiwani City, District Bhiwani.
It is noticed by both the learned Courts below that the petitioner had solemnized marriage with the accused Anil Kumar out of her own free will and it was not an arranged match. Family members of either family did not participate in the ceremonies. The petitioner's husband-Anil Kumar was facing trial in Rupinder Kaur 2017.10.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the petitioner's husband-Anil Kumar has since been acquitted by the learned trial Court in the aforesaid FIR.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to point out any ground for setting aside order dated 18.02.2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bhiwani and order dated 27.03.2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhiwani. Petition is accordingly dismissed.
