NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The present petition is filed for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to provide protection of life and liberty to the petitioners at the hands of the private respondents. It is contended that the petitioners have got married out of their own free will but against the wishes of the private respondents and accordingly, feel threatened at their hands. Issue notice of motion.

Ms.Tanisha Peshawaria, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3.

At this stage, Mr.Kuldeep Singh, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of private respondents and states that they want to meet petitioner No.1.

Without going into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. Superintendent of Police, Kaithal, to look into the threat perception and take appropriate measures, if so required.
