(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 229 dated 24.10.2017 registered under Sections 406, 506 and 120-B IPC (Section 420 IPC added later on) at Police Station Gate Hakima Amritsar, District Amritsar.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Gurwail Singh, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.
