(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondents No.2 & 3 in case FIR No. 27 dated 12.05.2017 under Sections 406/498-A, 506/294 IPC, registered at Police Station, Naya Gaon, District S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali). I have heard learned counsel for the parties and in view of the fact that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court by a settlement agreement dated 22.02.2018, no further orders are called for in this matter. Disposed of accordingly.
