AUGUSTINE GEORGE MASIH, J. (ORAL) In compliance to the order passed by this Court on 13.08.2021, affidavit of the Deputy Commissioner, Karnal, respondent No.3, has been filed. Paras 1 and 2 of the said affidavit read as follows: - "1. That in compliance of the order dated 13/08/2021, passed by this Hon'ble Court, it is submitted that the previous proposal dated 02/02/2021 for shifting of block office from Chirrao to Nissing (Annexure P-6) has already been dropped by the Govt. of Haryana and the block office Nissing at Chirrao is properly functioning without any interruption.

2. That however, on the request of general public and village panchayats, proposal regarding formation of separate block i.e. Block Nissing and block Chirrao RAVINDER SINGH 2021.08.27 10:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

-2LPA-436 of 2021 (O&M) out of block Nissing at Chirrao was forwarded to the Govt. of Haryana and the same is still under consideration before the Govt. since March-2021. The formation of aforesaid separate blocks are purely based on geographical location as well as for the convenience of general public and respective panchayats. Appropriate further action will be taken only after receiving sanction from the Govt. of Haryana."

In the light of the above, the present appeal has been rendered infructuous and disposed of as such.
