A perusal of the paper book reveals that the averments made in the instant writ petition involve disputed questions of fact, which would require leading of evidence, which is not possible in the instant proceedings before this Court ccordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed, however, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail his other civil remedies (if so advised), in accordance with law.
