(ORAL) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of the case FIR No.287 dated 04.10.2015 registered under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, at Police Station City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran and all subsequent proceedings emanating therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
