******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Present petitions have been filed under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to petitioners in case FIR No.72 dated 16.03.2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 324, 148 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code (for short, "IPC") and 25/27 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Sadar, Amritsar District Amritsar.

Heard.

Petitioners were admittedly not named in the FIR. It has been submitted that the matter has since been amicably settled with complainantinjured and an affidavit to this effect has been given by Palwinder Singh @ Jitender Kumar 2017.09.13 17:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CHANDIGARH

On behalf of complainant, Mr. Sandeep Sharma, Advocate has put in appearance and endorsed submissions of learned counsel for petitioners that the matter has since been amicably settled with complainantinjured. Keeping in view the fact that the matter has since been amicably settled by the parties, present petitions are allowed. Petitioners, namely, Avtar Singh @ Ajgar in CRM-M-27501-2017 and Jaspal Singh in CRM-M-32984-2017 are ordered to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond and surety bond to the satisfaction of concerned trial Court/Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, subject to following terms:- (a) Petitioners shall comply with the conditions mentioned in Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.

(b) In the event of their absence on any date of hearing, the benefit of bail allowed to the petitioner shall stand withdrawn. The trial Court shall be competent to cancel their bail bond and surety bond and proceed to procure their presence in accordance with law. In that eventuality the petitioner shall have to apply for bail afresh. (c) They shall not leave the country without the previous permission of the Court.
