*** NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.PC seeking direction to the Ld. Trial Court to conclude the evidence of PWs in time bound manner within a period of one month and if the prosecution failed to do so, to close the evidence of the prosecution by order because the said case is pending since 21.08.2018 for PWs and till date the prosecution failed to conclude the evidence before the Ld. Trial Court and case is adjourned from time to time for PWs in case FIR No.72 dated 16.04.2018 under Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 and Section 411 of IPC, registered at Police Station Katarpur, District Jalandhar Rural, Punab.

On strength of advance copy having been served upon him, learned State counsel appears on behalf of the official respondents and on instructions from ASI Sukhdev Singh submits that out of total 07 prosecution witnesses, 03 have already been examined and the case is now fixed for 28.04.2023 for prosecution evidence, therefore, nothing further survives in the present case. In view of the above fact, no further order is called for as nothing further survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of accordingly.
