**** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.13 dated 30.01.2020 under Sections 498-A/406/494/354/354A/354-B IPC, registered at Police Station SadarBatala, District Batala. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 11.06.2020 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and has fully cooperated with the Investigation Officer and is not required for further investigation.

Learned State counsel, per instructions of SI Navneet Kaur, does not controvert the fact that petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no more required.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required and he has already joined the investigation, the instant petition is allowed.
