The present appeal pertains to the year 1997. Vide order dated 08.01.2024 notices were issued to the appellant as well as contesting respondent Nos.1 to 4. As per the service report, sole appellant is stated to have died. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the appellant. Respondent Nos.1 to 4 are also stated to have died. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
