Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Puran Singh of Police Station, Daresi, Ludhiana, submits that after completion of the investigation, the report under Section 173, Cr.P.C., would be presented before learned Area Judicial Magistrate, within one month of passing of this order. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition at this stage.
