-- ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail after the absence before the trial Court on 02.07.2015 in case FIR No.57 dated 22.04.2013, registered under Sections 306, 34 IPC, Police Station Bullowal, District Hoshiarpur. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 19.08.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner had appeared before the trial Court and had been admitted on interim bail. Learned State counsel on instructions from H.C. Mandeep Singh has stated that the petitioner had appeared before the trial Court. Looking to all these circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 19.08.2015 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
