Perusal of the file shows that at para 10 of the petition, petitioner declares that he has no criminal history, however, as per State counsel, except the present case, seven more cases are pending against the petitioner.

Given above, petition is dismissed for concealing the criminal history. However petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition by mentioning all criminal cases pending anywhere in India.
