This order of mine shall dispose of the above noted writ petitions, as similar questions of law and facts are involved therein. Prayer in these petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature MANGAL SINGH 2023.04.27 15:44 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CWP-6656-2023 and other connected petitions [2]  of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant one-time relaxation/exemption to the petitioners, qua the qualification of HTET and B.Ed., for the post of Trained Graduate Teacher (Arts), against advertisement No.2/2023 and further directing the respondents to consider the petitioners eligible on account of their possessing higher qualifications in the same line.

The issue regarding grant of relaxation/exemption qua the essential qualifications of HTET and B.Ed., has already been adjudicated upon by this Court vide a separate order of even date passed in CWP5894-2023 - Rishi Lal and others Vs. State of Haryana and others, and other connected petitions.

So far as the issue regarding issuance of directions to the respondents to consider the higher qualification of the petitioners in the same line, is concerned, the petitioners have approached this Court, beyond the cut-off date. It may be noticed that the earlier the cut-off date for submission of the application forms, as against Advertisement No.2/2023 dated 21.02.2023 was 15.03.2023. Thereafter, the respondents had extended the same uptil 20.03.2023. However, the present petitions have been filed and have come up for hearing before this Court, after the said cut-off date. This Court in CWP-5864-2023 - Anu Vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 21.03.2023, has dismissed the writ petition filed holding that cut-off date cannot be extended by the Court. In view of the orders passed by this Court in Rishi Lal's case (supra) and Anu's case (supra), the present petitions are also dismissed. 21.04.2023 (HARNARESH SINGH GILL) Aman Jain JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned :
