ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in cross case DDR No.26 dated 12.12.2014 under Sections 302, 307, 324, 452, 427, 148, 149 IPC and 25 and 27 of the Arms Act in case FIR No.261 dated 12.12.2014 registered under Sections 302, 307, 324, 452, 427, 148, 149 IPC and 25 and 27 of the Arms Act at Police Station Lopoke, Amritsar Rural, District Amritsar.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 31.07.2017, the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation. Counsel for the State has not disputed the factual position and states that the petitioner is no more required for any further investigation.
In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 31.07.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
