Mr. Ghai, learned senior counsel submits that present petition has been rendered infructuous as a cancellation report has been submitted by the investigating agency.

Learned State counsel does not controvert the aforesaid submission. He has placed on record the final report filed by the investigating agency under section 173 Cr.P.C. before ACJM, Faridabad.

In view of above, this petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
