ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.41 dated 21.05.2017 registered under Sections 452, 342, 427, 506, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Satnampura, Phagwara, District Kapurthala.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 31.07.2017, the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Jaswinder Singh, has not disputed the factual position and states that the petitioner is no more required for any further investigation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 31.07.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
