(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that since during pendency of the present petition, cancellation report has been prepared, present petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file his protest petition, in accordance with law. However, regarding threat perception, he submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Kaithal-respondent No.2 by moving an appropriate representation within a period of two weeks from today and he may be directed to be consider and decide the same, at an early date.

CRM-M-27514 of 2015 In view of the above, present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file his protest petition to the cancelation report and pursue the same, in accordance with law. Further, if the petitioner approaches the Superintendent of Police, Kaithalrespondent No.2 within a period of two weeks from today by way of an appropriate representation, he shall consider and decide the same at an early date by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of representation from the petitioner.
