(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. read with Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, is for issuance of directions to call for the status report of case FIR No.3 dated 06.01.2025, registered under Sections 420 and 406 IPC at Police Station Focal Point, Ludhiana, with a further direction to the official respondents to overview the prompt investigation and to expedite the progress of the investigation by adopting coercive measures and also by adage of offences under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, etc. and to record the statements of witnesses and to take into possession the Bank record, etc. and further to conclude the investigation and to submit the final report without any further delay or in alternative to hand over the investigation to any independent agency to investigate the FIR and also to comment upon the role and investigation carried out by the investigating officer of the case.
