Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent Nos.3 to 6 have wrongly been arrayed as respondents, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition qua them.

Dismissed as withdrawn qua respondent Nos.3 to 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana (respondent No.2) is directed to decide the representation (Annexure P-1) within a time-bound manner.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, (respondent No.2) to decide the representation (Annexure P-1) within two months of receipt of the certified copy of the present order.
