**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners today. This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.144 dated 04.12.2017, under Sections 323, 307, 324, 148 and 149 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, at Police Station City Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur, along with all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 21.05.2018 (Annexure P-3), arrived at between the parties.

Vide order dated 20.11.2018 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate had been directed to record the statements of the parties with regard to the genuineness and authenticity of the compromise.

In compliance thereof, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hoshiarpur, has submitted a report, vide letter dated 30.01.2019, which indicates that the parties did not appear before him for recording their statements with regard to the compromise.

CRM-M-28502-2018 (O&M) -2Thereafter, vide order dated 25.02.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, another opportunity had been granted to the parties to get their statements recorded with regard to the compromise.

In compliance thereof, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hoshiarpur, has submitted a report, vide letter dated 09.03.2021, which indicates that the parties again did not appear before him for recording their statements with regard to the compromise. Perusal of the record would show that though the parties were relegated to record their statements way back in the year 2018 and thereafter again in the year 2021, yet they have not complied with the orders passed by Coordinate Benches of this Court and have not bothered to get their statements recorded. Above all, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners today.

In view of the above, no further indulgence is required to be granted by this Court.

Dismissed.
