ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.115 dated 01.06.2018 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Civil Line, District Bathinda. The operative part of the order dated 11.07.2018, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner, is reproduced as under:- "....Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is working as an employee of the main accused - Gurpal Singh and the amount of Rs.40,000/-, which was credited to his account was in lieu of his salary. It is further submitted that except for the allegation that this amount has been transferred in his account, there is no other allegation of committing any fraud or preparation of any fake documents against the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in pursuance
CRM-M No.28509 of 2018 to the order dated 11.07.2018, the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Jagdev Singh, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 11.07.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
