As per the report of the Registry, notices issued to appellants No.1 and 2 received back with the report that they are not residing at the given addresses.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that despite repeated efforts, he has not been able to establish contact with appellants No.1 and 2. Even today, learned counsel has expressed his inability to proceed further in the matter as he continues to have no instructions or communication from the appellants.

In view of the above, the present appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution, with liberty to the appellants to seek its revival in case any cogent cause of action survives.
