This Court on 18.06.2020 had granted interim bail to the petitioner.

An FIR bearing No.176 dated 27.05.2020, carrying therein offences constituted under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, stands registered against the bail applicant, at Police Station Dera Bassi, District SAS Nagar. Mr. Sandeep Singh Deol, learned Deputy Advocate General, appearing for the State of Punjab, has made a fair submission before this Court, that he has received instructions from the Investigating Officer, that the bail applicant has fully co-operated with the Investigating Officer, in the investigations conducted into the offences (supra). He has also made a submission before this Court, that some settlement has been arrived at interse informant- complainant, and, the bail applicant- accused. Therefore, in view of the afore-stated developments, this Court does not deem it fit to order for the custodial interrogation of the bailapplicant. CRM-M-14826 of 2020 -2In view of the above, this Court deems it to make absolute the order made by this Court on 18.06.2020. Therefore, the order dated 18.06.2020 is made absolute. However, the bail applicant is directed to forthwith hence within one week from today, furnish to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer, personal, and, surety bonds carried in a sum of Rs.50,000/- each. The bail applicant shall also ensure giving co-operation to the Investigating Officer concerned, as and when he calls him, through a written Hukamnama issued upon him, and, shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The present petition is disposed of.
