The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.19 dated 30.1.2019 at Police Station City, Sri Muktsar Sahib, District Sri Muktsar Sahib under Sections 457 and 380 of Indian Penal Code.

Although, at the time of issuance of notice of motion on 29.4.2021, the petitioner had been granted interim bail and had been directed to join investigation, but today the learned State counsel has informed that till date the petitioner has not joined investigation and infact he stands involved in 3 more cases of similar nature.

In view of the aforestated position particularly the fact that the petitioner happens to be involved in 3 other identical cases and he has chosen not to PANKAJ KAKKAR 2021.11.10 16:42 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
